Jazzercise is a dance fitness franchise company founded by Judi Sheppard Missett in 1969 and headquartered in Carlsbad, California, United States. Earlier started as 'just for fun' classes that begin with jazz warmup and later on, these classes were renamed "Jazzercise". With time HIIT cardio, Aerobic exercise, Dance Fitness, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and strength training are added to these dance fitness classes.
